Directors Group
The IVF Directors Group comprises the medical
directors of each IVF unit in Australia and New Zealand.
Its membership reflects the highest calibre
of medical expertise in assisted reproductive technology.
The IVF Directors meet twice a year and as required
to address clinical issues and policies in IVF and other forms of
assisted reproduction.
It provides specialist advice to the FSA, represents
medical and research interests, advocates on behalf of consumers,
works to create political understanding and awareness, and promotes
productive and progressive relationships between IVF units to ensure
professional and consistent procedures and standards of care.Most
recently, the IVF Directors Group has provided valuable and influential
input into issues.
