Prof. Chapman is a general representative. He gained his Degree in Medicine from the University of Adelaide where he specialised in Obstetrics and Gynaecology before moving to the UK. Whilst in the UK Prof Chapman developed extensive experience in infertility, hormonal disorders and ART and worked at Queen Charlottes Maternity Hospital as Lecturer. He became a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and gained his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of London. He was appointed Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of London.
After 15 years Professor Chapman returned to Australia where he was appointed Head of School, Women's and Children's Health, at the University of New South Wales. He is also Clinical Director at St George Hospital Kogarah. Prof Chapman has served as a Director of the FSA and was Chairman of the IVF Directors' Group from 2002 -2007. He is an examiner for the Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility for the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, of which he is a Fellow.

Dr Clark is the representative for Clinical Medicine. Anne qualified as an obstetrician/gynaecologist in the United Kingdom in 1986 and moved to Australia in 1990 to work at the Reproductive Medicine Unit, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Adelaide. In 1996 Anne moved to New South Wales and in 1997 started Fertility First. Anne is a sub-specialist in reproductive infertility and was the first woman, with one other, to gain this qualification in Australia.

Ms Graham is the psycho-social representative and a member of ANZICA. She has worked as a counsellor at Repromed for many years. Her previous work includes being Social Worker in a busy Neonatal Unit and involvement in the National Association for Loss and Grief (NALAG) and the Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Support group (SANDS) stem from this time.
Ms Graham has presented at both NALAG and SANDS conferences on Reproductive Losses and, at FSA conferences, on topics such as Needs Assessment, Sexuality and Infertility and Disenfranchised Grief. She has also contributed to ACCESS brochures on Approaching Life Without Children and Infertility and Postnatal Distress.
Ms Graham is currently on the RTAC counsellors' team and on the Technical Committee for the changes to the accreditation process.

Dr Hammarberg is a general representative. She was born in Sweden where she worked as a Registered Nurse and Midwife before joining Scandinavia's first IVF team in 1984. Between 1988 and 2000 Karin was the Program Co-ordinator of Melbourne IVF. Since 2000 she has been a Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne working on projects focusing on the psychosocial aspects of infertility and assisted conception. She was awarded a PhD in 2006 after completing a study about women's experience of birth and early mothering after assisted conception.

Sandra Dill AM, BComm, has acted as the consumer representative on national and state government working parties reporting to Health Ministers on ART since 1986. She has been invited to bring consumer perspectives on infertility to organisations including: the World Health Organisation, the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology, the Japan Society of Fertilisation and Implantation, the Bertarelli Foundation, the US Centers for Disease Control, the Australian Medical Association, the Plunkett Ethics Centre, the Victorian Infertility Treatment Authority, the SA Council on Reproductive Technology and the Fertility Society of Australia. She has represented consumers on FSA Council since 1990. Sandra is studying for a Masters degree in Law and her major research project examines surrogacy, bioethics and the law. Sandra's experience over 12 years of medical treatment has included eight IVF attempts, IVF miscarriage, facing a decision to cease treatment and living with involuntary childlessness.
PETRUCCO, Dr. Ossie
Dr Petrucco is the Chair of the Reproductive Technology Accreditation Committee appointed by the FSA Board in 2006 for a term of 3 years. Ossie has over 20 years experience in assisted reproduction and has extensive experience in quality management systems. Ossie has served on the RTAC Committee and assisted with the revision of the new Code of Practice. Ossie has also been involved in ISO 9001:2000 auditing processes at Repromed.

Dr. Sullivan is the Director of the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare National Perinatal Statistics Unit. Liz oversees the ANZARD data collection from all ART units and is responsible for the publication of the annual report 'Assisted reproductive technology Australia and New Zealand' which provides information on all pregnancies and infants resulting from the use of assisted conception techniques.
